Development
company STY-X
STY-X company is the member of the IN GROUP – a group of businesses marked by ST logo, operating in the construction sector.
Established in 2019, the development company STY-X covers real estate development activities in the IN Group. Our goal is to follow up on previous successful development projects of the group that are partially presented on this website. STY-X has the ambition to expand real estate development to become one of the most important pillars of strength for the group. Each new project is an inspirational challenge for us. The main intention of our work is to pass on the pleasure of making and creating new works to our clients of residential and commercial real estate.
To date, our development activities have expanded into three markets – Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
