The transformation of a once underutilized brownfield site between the left bank of Vrátecký Creek (sometimes referred to as Dubičný Creek on maps) and Vrbenská Street, undertaken by developer STY-X, is becoming a reality.
The first phase of the Dubičný Potok project in České Budějovice has been freshly completed and is ready to offer its new residents a true home. The green courtyard, featuring a blooming meadow, perennials, grasses, and trees amidst the residential buildings, serves as an oasis for both the eyes and the soul. The residents of 229 new apartments can enjoy a range of amenities right at their doorstep, including children’s playgrounds, a workout zone for adults and seniors, a community grill, and a pétanque court. Additionally, an indoor community space focused on fitness and movement will also be available.
As part of the first phase of the project, work is now being finalized on the revitalization of the water area – the natural zone of Dubičný Potok, a significant and extensive element of the entire project. In addition to its peaceful corners for rest and relaxation, the area will feature an educational trail, playgrounds, a waterside workout zone, and a wooden footbridge that nearly hovers over the water’s surface. Thanks to the sensitive revitalization and its direct integration into the project, this natural zone brings a new quality of living to České Budějovice.
Living in the completed first phase of the Dubičný Potok project is further enhanced by an underground parking garage available for all apartments, providing convenient access to your home, dry and comfortable, no matter the weather. A covered bike parking area, a space for washing pets and bicycles, including a service station for quick repairs, is also a valuable bonus. The project’s excellent accessibility and connection to other parts of the city are ensured by the nearby bus stop, located directly in front of the residential buildings.
