The gentle December rain had subsided, and a quiet early evening wrapped in a faint veil of mist settled over the softly illuminated atrium of the Dubičný potok residential project in České Budějovice. On the first Advent Thursday, December 4th, 2025, the space filled with pre Christmas melodies and the scents of apples, cinnamon and punch.
Residents of our project, together with our partners who help us shape the residential development, accepted our invitation to the Christmas Punch gathering. The sales center, seamlessly connected to the atrium, welcomed neighbors engaged in cheerful conversation. Candlelit tables, our youngest residents playing happily with teachers from the kindergarten, which will welcome its first children in January directly within the Dubičný potok premises, a recap of what we achieved together over the past year, reflections on what could be improved, and plans for the next phase of construction in the coming year were all part of our discussions.
The pleasant atmosphere, lively conversations and festive treats shared with wonderful people in a beautiful setting, enhanced by the warmth of the fire and hot drinks, created a magical conclusion to the year.
We are truly delighted to see community life taking real shape, and that the residents of Dubičný potok not only have new apartments but above all new homes, new opportunities for living and meaningful neighborhood friendships.
