The first and significantly large-scale phase of the Dubi\u010dn\u00fd Potok project in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice brings joy not only to its residents but has also impressed an expert jury.<\/p>\n

The 229 newly completed apartments are gradually finding their owners, who can enjoy a wide range of services designed to enhance their everyday life from the moment they move in. These include a spacious bicycle storage area with service and parking stands and heated cycle ramp access, a community fitness center, a dedicated washing area for pets and bicycles, a green atrium, children’s playgrounds, workout zones for adults and seniors, a community barbecue area, and a p\u00e9tanque court right by the residential buildings. Additionally, the revitalized natural zone features a water area, an educational trail, playgrounds, lounging areas, and relaxation spaces\u2014just a part of the many benefits Dubi\u010dn\u00fd Potok offers its residents from the very first phase.<\/p>\n

The quality of the project has also been recognized by an expert jury, awarding Dubi\u010dn\u00fd Potok the Jury Award in the 2024 Real Estate Project of the Year competition. The project also received the Architects’ Award in the same competition.<\/p>\n
