The transformation of a once underutilized brownfield site between the left bank of Vr\u00e1teck\u00fd Creek (sometimes referred to as Dubi\u010dn\u00fd Creek on maps) and Vrbensk\u00e1 Street, undertaken by developer STY-X, is becoming a reality.<\/p>\n

The first phase of the Dubi\u010dn\u00fd Potok project in \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice has been freshly completed and is ready to offer its new residents a true home. The green courtyard, featuring a blooming meadow, perennials, grasses, and trees amidst the residential buildings, serves as an oasis for both the eyes and the soul. Living in the completed first phase of the Dubi\u010dn\u00fd Potok project is further enhanced by an underground parking garage available for all apartments, providing convenient access to your home, dry and comfortable, no matter the weather. A covered bike parking area, a space for washing pets and bicycles, including a service station for quick repairs, is also a valuable bonus. The project’s excellent accessibility and connection to other parts of the city are ensured by the nearby bus stop, located directly in front of the residential buildings.<\/p>\n
